- Motor - Heavy-duty 1 H.P., UL Listed (Class 1, Group D). Ventilated, ball-bearing, 60 cycle, 115/230 volt, suitable for operation in hazardous locations. 115/230 volt, 50 cycle motor available upon special request.
- Brush - Explosion-proof brushes have an aluminum block and wire throughout the fill for conductivity.
- Gear Unit - Completely enclosed and sealed planetary-type gear reduction unit required no lubrication. Gear reduction provides speed of 175 R.P.M. on the brush.
- Housing - Heavy-duty, reinforced, highly polished cast aluminum brush housing
- Bumper - Extra wide, heavy-duty, conductive rubber bumper provides complete protection.
- Handle - Handle assembly is constructed of UL Listed explosion-proof fittings and welded to prevent coming loose. Adjustable through 90 degrees for operator comfort and ease of storage.
- Switch - Shock-proof, double pole, momentary switch shuts off when the switch lever is released.
- Wheels - Heavy-duty 5" conductive wheels with bronze bushings. Unit retracts when machine is in operation.
- Cord - 50 ft. UL Approved, heavy-duty 14/3 conductor cable. No plug is provided with the cord.
- Construction - Highly polished, heavy duty cast aluminum.
